Octomom Nadya Suleman’s octuplets turn three today.

Pray for them. Even if you’re not religious … just pray.

We’re legitimately shocked they all survived this long, looking relatively healthy to boot, her as the mom, but hey, it’s a very pleasant surprise. Eight times over.

Nadya Suleman took her octuplets out for some fun to celebrate, hitting up the Seascape Kids Fun venue in Los Angeles. Looks like a good time was had, except perhaps by the random paparazzi guy creeping in the background.

Suleman’s octuplets are Noah, Maliyah, Isaiah, Nariah, Makai, Josiah, Jeremiah and Jonah.

Her other children are Elijah Makai, Amerah Yasmeen, Joshua Jacob, Aiden, Calyssa Airelle and Caleb Kai. Yes, that makes 14 kids and no jobs in all.

Again, pray for them.

“Super Bass” rapper Nicki Minaj marked her 29th year on this planet today.

This morning, while well wishes poured in, she responded with a simple message on Twitter: “No wishes. Just thanks. Gratitude. To God be the glory.”

Holla. That didn’t stop some of her friends from giving props to the talented, often-pink-haired diva … including BFF and touring mate Britney Spears!

In case you needed another reason to love Justin Bieber…

The singer granted a special birthday wish to a special young woman last month, sources tell The New York Daily News, arranging to meet Tyler Ann Zadroga prior to his appearance on The Today Show.

Tyler is the 10-year old daughter of James Zadroga, the first NYPD officer to die of respiratory disease as the result of his work at Ground Zero on 9/11.

“He made her day,” says Tyler grandmother, Linda Zadroga, told the newspaper, adding that she and her granddaughter also say in a VIP section during Justin’s November 23 performance on Today and, as a result: “I’ve got Justin Bieber’s Christmas album playing all over the house.”

This act actually represents the second time Bieber has met the daughter of a 9/11 victim. In June, President Obama actually reached out to arrange a similar meeting between the artist and a young fan.

Weed the lips of Miley Cyrus: this singer really enjoys smoking pot.

At her 19th birthday party last week, Miley was presented with a Bob Marley cake and told the crowd: “You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f-cking weed!”

Kelly Osbourne, who was on stage with her pal, then grabbed the mic and – referring to THIS VIDEO from last year – joked with Cyrus: “I thought salvia was your problem!”

Meanwhile, the night of her birthday, Miley made news for another video: she posted a tribute to those involved in the Occupy Wall Street movement.

No word yet from Miley’s camp regarding the words about weed, but Osbourne has taken to her Twitter posted this less-than-convincing defense: “u guys if @MileyCyrus is not recording/filming/touring she is works everyday how could she possible do all that if she was a stoner! #think.”

Today is Ryan Reynolds’ 35th birthday.

He’s had a very special guest to help him celebrate: Actress Blake Lively! The Green Lantern co-stars – and their dogs – were spotted Saturday morning outside an apartment in Boston, where he’s filming the action film, R.I.P.D.:

The Gossip Girl star was incognito, but there’s no hiding her dog Penny!

And this is no casual birthday meet-up. It’s at least the third time Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have been spotted in Beantown within the last month.

“They are very much a couple,” a source says. “They’re really happy together.”

Lively, 24 recently split from Leonardo DiCaprio after a fairly serious romance, and Reynolds is still friendly with his former wife, Scarlett Johansson.

Happy birthday, Ryan! And congrats on the new relationship, guys!

Heidi Montag marked her 25th plastic surgery last week.

One-half of The Hills’ gruesome twosome, Heidi marked the occasion with her husband Spencer Pratt and several friends, which apparently they have, in Las Vegas.

Here she is at the nightclub at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Friday to host a birthday bash for herself, which presumably someone paid her to do. Amazing.

Once on top of the world, now disfigured and broke as a joke, this is the last you’ll see of Heidi for awhile. She and Spencer have gone downhill fast in life.

Now, they’re basically just normal people. G-cup boobs aside.

A year ago, Demi Lovato was spiraling toward rehab, just a couple months away from the incident that would finally make her realize: enough is enough.

Fast forward 12 months, though, and Lovato has turned her life around. She’s completed treatment, she’s owned up to Bipolar Disorder and she’s talked honestly many of her personal demons. Professionally?

The 42nd President of the United States of America, Bill Clinton, celebrates his birthday today. The Big Dawg is now 65. Happy birthday, Bubba!

William Jefferson Clinton, the pride of Hope, Ark., remains the only Democrat to win two full White House terms since Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

He also presided over the largest peacetime economic expansion in U.S. history, and left office extremely popular despite being impeached.

Hey, no one’s perfect, right?

His wife, Hillary Clinton, is currently U.S. Secretary of State. Their daughter, Chelsea, married Marc Mezvinsky last summer in New York State.

In a political flip-flop of Mitt Romney-esque proportions, Bill Clinton is marking his 65th birthday by going vegan. Seriously. No more burgers!

What a difference a quadruple bypass makes. “I like the vegetables, the fruits, the beans, the stuff I eat now,” the ex-President tells CNN.

After experiencing heart problems leading up to the 2004 surgery, Clinton has now lost 20 lbs.: “I feel good, and I have so much more energy.”

Tom Cruise starred in Born on the Fourth of July.

In real life, he was born on the third, and yesterday, wife Katie Holmes surprised him with a surprise 49th birthday bash at Miami Beach’s SoHo Beach House.

Cruise’s three kids – Suri, with Katie, and Connor and Isabella, from his marriage to Nicole Kidman – were all there to celebrate, along with 40 close friends.

The bash took place on the roof and inside the private venue, where guests enjoyed pasta, shrimp and other Italian dishes, in addition to chocolate cake.

Tom Cruise is in Florida now filming Rock of Ages. He’s been a Hollywood rock star himself for almost three decades, with no signs of slowing down.

Passing on any sort of wild party, but still making sure she went somewhere in full view of the paparazzi, Lindsay opted for a relatively low-key dinner out in Malibu with her sister Ali, brother Michael Jr., and a few friends.
