Rebecca Black is officially back on the music scene.
The young singer, most famous for the catchy/awful tune “Friday,” unveiled her latest track yesterday: “Sing It.” She then quickly followed up the online release of its audio with the official music video.
“It’s totally weird to me,” Black told Kristina Guerrero of E! News about her rise to fame. “Two years ago, I was dreaming. I wouldn’t even dare to dream of something like this… it’s weird, but great!”
Among the major names that have come out to support Black since she struck it big? The Jonas Brothers, Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and Lady Gaga.

It may not be Friday, but Rebecca Black has come out with a new single.
The controversial teenager – best known for what many consider to the worst track in the history of recorded music – will be all over the news again this week because her latest song, “Sing It,” gets released tomorrow on iTunes.
That familiar voice/It speaks to me/Tells me everything is gonna be ok/It’s meant to, meant to be… Sun is out/ And the darkness fades/Got my headphones on and I’m under/In a dream but I’m wide awake, sings Black over the course of verses that actually don NOT sound overly auto-tuned.
What do you think of “Sing It?” Listen now and decide:
Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga might soon get killed by Will Smith. Wait… what?!?
Men in Black III director Barry Sonnenfeld confirmed in an interview with Collider this week that the music superstars will actually cameo in his upcoming blockbuster, though you’re unlikely to be aware of it as you watch Agents J and K in action.
“In this [installment] there are a few people that you’ll see up on the surveillance board, including Lady Gaga, Tim Burton, who probably knows more about aliens than I do, and let’s see who else… Justin Bieber,” Sonnenfeld told the website. “The challenge is getting celebrities that are famous, will give you permission and won’t be like ‘Who’s that guy?’ in 10 years.”
In the 2002 sequel to this franchise, Michael Jackson actually played the role of an alien for a brief scene.
The film comes out on May 25 and you can watch the Men in Black III trailer now. Can you spot Bieber and/or Gaga in it?!?
The young singer stars in a new video for a track titled “Hot Stuff,” which is produced by Ark Music Factory, the same company that made a star out of Rebecca Black.
And, no offense to Lexi, who may be perfectly nice and innocent in all this, but the song makes Black’s “Friday” sound like a Grammy winner.
In it, Sullivan appears to be singing about some cute boy who isn’t very nice, so his glasses break and some other stuff happens and, really, you just need to watch for yourself. But do it with ear plugs, folks. You’ve been warned…
We know you’re tired. We know you’ve been awake since 4 a.m. in order to take advantage of Black Friday sales across the country.
But Justin Bieber is here to wake you up. In the following for Macy’s, the singer gets all excited for that department stores major holiday savings, while everyone around him gets even more excited about… well, him. See for yourself:
It’s safe to say that Daniel Radcliffe has officially graduated from Hogwarts.
The actor will next star in The Woman in Black, which is set for a February 3 premiere date and whose just-released trailer is scarier than any spell Voldemort ever whipped up.
The horror movie is based on a 1983 novel and features Radcliffe as an attorney named Arthur Kipps. Watch below as he visits a home in a remote section of England in order to settle the affairs of its late owner, only to be haunted by a ghost and by the death of children every time the apparition appears. Watch with the lights on, readers…
Turns out, Fridays are actually less exciting for Rebecca Black than most kids her age. The reason? She no longer attends regular school.
The singer admitted to ABC News in a new interview that she gets tutored at home because students started giving her a really hard time after her first single launched.
“When I walk by they’ll start singing ‘Friday’ in a really nasally voice,” Black says. “Or, you know, they’ll be like, ‘Oh hey, Rebecca, guess what day it is?’”
Wow. Kids can be so cruel, can’t they?
At least Rebecca has made some new friends over the last few weeks, as well. Among them: Lady Gaga and Katy Perry.
Aren’t you the one who said that I would be nothing? I’m about to prove you wrong.
So croons Rebecca Black at the top of her latest single, “My Moment,” the official music video for which has hit the Internet.
In it, the 13-year old lip-syncs in a recording studio one moment, while viewers are then treated to snapshots of her life in other moments: Black arriving in Hollywood, Black walking the red carpet, Black reading a newspaper.
The young singer also breaks out a few dances moves. Grade them and react to the video now!
