Chris Hemsworth may be a key part of the biggest movie on the planet, but his wife truly gave him a reason to celebrate yesterday in London: she gave birth to a baby girl!
Multiple sources confirm that Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky welcomed their first child together yesterday afternoon, a daughter named India.
Said Pataky in January, not long after going public with the announcement of her pregnancy:
“Having the person that you love by your side, and starting a family with them, is the best thing that can happen to you in this life. You can’t ask for more.”
By the hammer of Thor, she’s right. We send our very best to this new and growing family!
Madonna renamed her song “Girls Gone Wild” to “Girl Gone Wild” (singular) after a legal threat from underage-drunk-spring-break-girl-sleaze kingpin Joe Francis.
Which she says didn’t impact her decision, at all.
Still, the Girls Gone Wild mogul warned the star with a cease and desist letter not to sing her single of the same name at the halftime show. She didn’t.

Ivy Blue Carter was born in New York City via c-section.
Proud dad Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, was at the hospital where Beyonce gave birth to Ivy. Shortly thereafter, congratulations came pouring in.
Rihanna Tweeted, “Welcome to the world princess Carter! Love Aunty Rih.” Russell Simmons wrote simply, “Congrats to my good friends Beyonce and Jay-Z.”
Beyonce famously announced her pregnancy on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards back in August, and since then, fan anticipation for the baby has grown by the day.
SO much so that Twitter even tried to name the baby girl Tiana May Carter last month. We think they picked out a nicer name themselves in Ivy Blue. Agree?
NOTE: Conflicting reports, including from MSNBC and E!, say the name is actually Blue Ivy Carter. The couple’s going to have to clear this up at some point!

Now there’s a new option. In honor of the organization’s 100th year in existence, the Girl Scouts have come out with Savannah Smiles, named after the birthplace of founder Juliette Gordon Low.
“Celebrate the anniversary of the Girl Scouts with these bite-sized, lemon-wedge cookies dusted in powdered sugar and bursting with lemon flavor,” the group said today in a statement. “Enjoy these delightful treats, remember where Girl Scouts began … and smile.”

Beyonce Knowles announced she was expecting with husband Jay-Z at the MTV Video Music Awards in August. Then then re-confirmed that the pregnancy is not fake.
She’s remain mum on the child’s gender, however … but Kelly Rowland may have just spilled the beans. At an awards show Thursday night, she referred to it as a girl.
The former Destiny’s Child singer said: “I have no idea what I’m going to buy Beyonce at the baby shower because Jay is going to buy that little girl every single thing possible.”

The actress and husband David Bugliari welcomed a son named Milo Thomas Bugliari yesterday at 9:27 a.m. He weighed 7 lbs., and measured 19 inches long.
Milano and Bugliari, a Hollywood agent, got married. in 2009. This is their first child.

Now, though, Elizabeth Hurley has signed on for a role that has the television world buzzing: Gossip Girl producers Stephanie Savage and Joshua Safran, tell TV Line that the British actress will play a character named Diana Payne. Look for her to appear on multiple season five episodes as a media mogul of some kind.
Sources say Elizabeth Hurley’s presence will “change the lives” of all individuals on the show… including Gossip Girl herself!
It seems like Emma Watson can do no wrong these days. Her look at the MTV Movie Awards last weekend was one of our favorites, and now she’ll be appearing on the July cover of Vogue!
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, Watson seems like one of the most intelligent and genuinely humble young celebrities out there. This past December, Emma rocked her androgynous ‘do in a cream Valentino frock on the cover of Vogue UK. Fashionistareports that for her American Vogue cover, she’ll be wearing Prada — as excited as we are, let’s just hope that we get to see her in something other than a white dress. If history and Prada are any indicators though, we can expect great things from next month’s issue.
