After speaking to her PR team and being told what to do thinking about the act of violence perpetrated against her on a Los Angeles red carpet last week, Kim Kardashian has decided to press charges against the woman who threw flour all over her.

She will reportedly contact law enforcement officials over the next few days and take the appropriate steps.

In response to this decision, PETA has gone on the attack against Kardashian. That lame organization denies involvement in the act, but has released a statement that reads:

If she presses charges, at least people will be constantly reminded of her selfish, callous disregard for the cruel deaths that she causes by wearing fur.

How much better it would be if she decided to evolve and enhance her image by donating her vulgar furs and exotic-animal skins to the homeless. The activist acted from the heart, something Kim doesn’t seem to have. If anything, Kim should get a life, the very thing that she denies animals.

With the March 23 release of The Hunger Games – a film that has set box office records for advanced ticket sales – Jennifer Lawrence is about to become a global sensation. But don’t tell that to the actress.

“I look at Kristen Stewart now and I think, ‘I’d never want to be that famous,’” Lawrence tells the latest issue of Glamour UK. “”I can’t imagine how I’d feel if all of a sudden my life was pandemonium.”

With such anticipation for The Hunger Games, though, and with two more films in the franchise beyond that, Lawrence – and British boyfriend Nicholas Hoult – should prepare for a paparazzi onslaught. Not that the actress is really causing a stink.

“In some ways, it’s a hard life, but it’s a great professional life,” she says. “I’m doing what I love, and then I get months and months of rest. I have a lot of money for a 21-year-old. I can’t stand it when actors complain.”

Amen, Jennifer.

Will she stay will she go? The whole world wants to know the status of Kim Richards on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Bravo is yet to make an announcement, but this reality star made it clear to Us Weekly last night: she wants to stick around.

“I love life. I’ve just been enjoying it so much,” Kim told the magazine at a pre-Oscar party in Los Angeles, referring to her recent trip to rehab and adding:

“[My experience] doesn’t make me want to walk away from anything,It makes me want to step out in front of everything and just say, ‘You know what, anybody can do it.’ I don’t want to walk away from anything in my life. It’s part of life: facing it!”

We’re guessing the salary and exposure don’t hurt, either.

Richards also made a point of thanking those around her for helping her overcome so many personal struggles.

“My family and friends – without them I just couldn’t do it. My fans have been so supportive… People walk up to me and they just hug me and cry. That’s so rewarding to me.”

Mariah Yeater claims that Justin Bieber did not use protection when he had sex with her last October in a bathroom, resulting in a three-month old love child.

But this 20-year old California resident might wanna follow a different path in the very near future: Yeater needs to seriously protect herself from angry Beliebers.

In response to Yeater’s claim that she’s the mother of Justin’s child, Bieber fans have lit up Twitter with a number of death threats. Two examples:

1. @EvelynHorwitz: “Dear Mariah Yeater, Roses are red, violets are blue, stay away from Bieber or Beliebers will kill you. 
2. @KarenortizJDB: “I should give you a device. Well, go away before millions of Beliebers kill you.”

Selena Gomez, sadly, also faced the threatening wrath of fans when she first started dating the Biebs. Our advice to these supporters: chill. Justin and his legal team will handle this. Support the guy’s music, but death threats?!? Be better than that. Rise above.

Tylar Witt was 14 when she helped her boyfriend kill her mom.

She will be spending more years than that behind bars even after she was given a reduced sentence in exchange for testifying against her accomplice.

Steven Colver, now 21, was sentenced to life without parole for the murder of 47-year-old Joanne Witt in 2009. Witt, now 16, will serve 15 to life.

Tylar Witt, who was convicted of second-degree murder, helped hatch the plot after Joanne Witt made a statutory rape complaint against her boyfriend.

Joanne gave police her daughter’s diary. That was apparently enough to prompt Steven Colver to murder her, with Tylar aiding in the planning process.

Tylar testified at Colver’s trial that they planned the killing together, but while he did it, she “put my hands on my ears, closed my eyes and hummed.”

Michael Witt, who mopped up his sister’s blood from her bed after she was stabbed 20 times, unleashed his anger, calling Colver a “psychotic S.O.B.”

“I hope and desire that Mr. Colver experiences the worst possible experiences our wonderful prison system can bestow upon him,” Witt said.

Tylar’s grandfather, Norbert Witt, accused Colver of both murdering his daughter and of corrupting his granddaughter with “heavy narcotics and sex.”

El Dorado Superior Court Judge Daniel Proud told Tylar Witt that her actions deprived her family of a mother “who dedicated her life to you.”

“Joanne Witt loved her daughter,” the judge said.

“She was protective and caring. She tried her best. I’m sorry Ms. Witt, the person who loved you more than anyone in the world, without reservation, is gone.”

Jan Colver vowed to appeal the decision, saying she still believes her son’s story that Tylar stabbed her mother before Steven even arrived.

Polygamist cult leader Warren Jeffs received the maximum sentence from a Texas jury on Tuesday. The 55-year-old was given a life sentence, plus 20 years.

Following his convictions of aggravated sexual assault and sexual assault of two young girls, ages 12 and 15, who he claimed were his “spiritual brides,” Jeffs was accused of sexually abusing and manipulating them into a subservient lifestyle.

A jury agreed and convicted Jeffs on all counts.

Jeffs may have as many as 78 wives, according to prosecutors.

The horrific evidence the prosecution presented during the sentencing phase of the trial included shocking audio tapes of Jeffs instructing young girls how to sexually please him and recordings of him having sex.

One juror cried as the sexually graphic tapes were played.

Jeffs, 55, was the leader of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and prosecutors claimed that he raped multiple girls and even sodomized his nephew when the young boy was just five.

Good riddance.
