Kate Major’s landlord has had it up to here with Michael Lohan drama.

As such, the former Star Magazine reporter and assistant to Lindsay Lohan has been put on notice – move out of her swanky Florida condo by next week or else.

Kate, who’s been involved in an … interesting relationship with Michael for the past year and a half or so, called the police on him twice in the past week alone.

Kate Major lives in an exclusive housing complex in Tampa, home to several rich and famous people, including pro athletes, and home to plenty of drama this week.

Michael Lohan was arrested for domestic violence after a dispute over oral sex early Tuesday … then released and busted again after contacting Kate the next day.

He tried to flee the second time, but cops pulled him out of a tree.

In any case, Kate’s landlord has not taken kindly to the media firestorm, serving her with an eviction notice, giving her until November 1 to pack up and leave.

Kate is fighting the eviction, but it doesn’t look good … much like the chances of Michael Lohan actually paying attention to the terms of his restraining order.

In their most striking piece of evidence yet, prosecutors showed jurors today an autopsy photo of Michael Jackson, dead and naked, his body lying on gurney.

The photo, admitted in Dr. Conrad Murray’s involuntary manslaughter trial, was taken hours after the star died. MJ’s death, as we know, was ruled a homicide.

The date on the tiles beside his body reads August 25, 2009. However, Dr. Christopher Rogers claimed the date was a simple error, and should read June 25.

This was shown during opening statements. Today’s image is far more graphic.

Rogers said it is extremely unlikely Michael Jackson killed himself with a deadly dose of Propofol, as Murray claimed in his opening statement two weeks ago.

Jackson’s fingerprints were not found on the medication, but more importantly, says the doctor who did the autopsy, Murray’s defense theory is very unlikely.

Rogers, in his testimony today, said that Dr. Conrad Murray’s description of the final moments leading up to Michael Jackson’s cardiac arrest just doesn’t add up.

Murray claims he left for two minutes to go to the bathroom (a timetable his many women seem to contradict as well) and returned to find MJ not breathing.

The defense will argue MJ self-administered a lethal dose of Propofol in that time.

Rogers says Murray’s scenario – which entails MJ waking up under the influence of heavy sedatives and skillfully administering a deadly dose that would travel to his brain, causing him to stop breathing in two minutes – is impossible.

More likely, according to Rogers, is Murray administering several doses of Propofol in the hours leading to Michael’s death without properly measuring them.

That would result in an overdose … and likely a prison term if a jury agrees.

Regarding Paris, Prince and Blanket’s brief appearance on stage, La Toya said they were actually more composed than she, the one trying to set an example.

Michael Jackson’s security guard Alberto Alvarez testified in Dr. Conrad Murray’s involuntary manslaughter trial today, recalling that fateful day in 2009.

Alvarez was the one who called 911 after Jackson’s vital signs fell. The 911 call is included below. But his testimony delved into much more than that.

Murray asked Alberto Alvarez to remove several vials of Propofol before he called an ambulance on June 25, 2009, according to the witness’ tesitmony.

Alvarez claims he quickly arrived at the scene and saw Murray performing one-handed chest compressions on Michael Jackson, who was still in the bed.

According to Alvarez, Murray immediately asked him to pack up several vials and an IV bag – one that contained a vial with a “milky white substance.”

Murray THEN asked Alvarez to call 911, at which point the dispatcher ordered him to move the singer from the bed to the floor in order to perform CPR.

According to Alvarez, paramedics arrived soon after. He was grilled on the timeline of these key events by Murray’s lawyer, but he remained steadfast.

Murray’s defense hinges on the theory that Michael Jackson killed himself with a lethal dose of Propofol while the physician was (briefly) out of the room.

In day two of the Dr. Conrad Murray manslaughter trial, Michael Jackson’s personal assistant Michael Amir Williams took the stand to describe panicked voicemail Murray left on Williams’ phone the day Jackson died.

The key points from Williams’ testimony:

• Jackson’s final rehearsal, on June 24, 2009, was “amazing.”
• The following day, Williams received a panicked message from Murray at 12:13 p.m. saying, “call me right away.” Murray told Williams that MJ had some sort of “bad reaction” and to “get somebody here immediately.”
• Williams arrived to see MJ on a gurney and Murray “frantic.”
• After learning of Michael’s death, Murray asked Williams to take him to Jackson’s home to get “some cream Michael wouldn’t want the world to know about.”
• Williams and MJ’s director of security decided not to do this.
• It was “normal” to have oxygen tanks in MJ’s house.

It’s unclear whether his testimony will help or hurt Murray’s controversial defense theory that Michael Jackson killed himself with a lethal dose of Propofol.

Yesterday, the prosecution also played this recording, allegedly made by Jackson, a month before he passed away, to illustrate what Dr. Conrad Murray knew about the state of the patient he was medicating improperly:

Passionate Michael Jackson fans who wish to witness the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray have been told to get their asses in gear or be banned for good after an incident yesterday in which a number of MJ supporters acted out.

Fans were “staring down Murray and giving him dirty looks,” reports say.

These weren’t furtive glances, either. Spectators were staring so intensely at Dr. Murray it prompted the deputy to remove all spectators from the room.

Despite this distraction, Judge Michael Pastor has not issued any bans on public viewing of the trial … yet. He has warned fans to shape up or get out.

Jury selection continues in the trial of Conrad Murray, who faces involuntary manslaughter charges stemming from the 2009 death of the King of Pop.

Murray will reportedly argue that the singer was in such a deteriorated state and being pushed so hard to perform that he cannot be held liable.

Michael Pedicone is no longer the drummer for My Chemical Romance, a decision the band arrived at today after the musician allegedly stole a bunch of items from the group following its show in Washington on Thursday night.

A message on the artists’ website said Pedicone was caught “red handed” and that he even confessed to police later that evening.

“The band has no intention of pressing charges or taking this matter any further than we have to. We just want him out of our lives,” My Chemical Romance members wrote.

No word yet on just what Pedicone ganked, but he didn’t really deny the incident in a recent Tweet:

“What happened is more complicated than it sounds but I did make a mistake. It was never my intention to hurt this band or all of you.”

Dating Michael C. Hall has reportedly found a new girlfriend.

The 40-year old actor, who split from wife/co-star Jennifer Carpenter in December and was then rumored to be dating Julia Stiles, is dating Vanessa Abrue, a source tells Radar Online. She’s a 25-year old Showtime employee.

“No one would ever suspect these two were together because she isn’t what anyone would expect Michael to be with,” the insider says. “They hardly go out together but when they do it’s always with a group of people so no one would suspect he’s with someone.”

Prince, Paris and Blanket have all decided that they want to fly to Wales for the event, regardless of what Jermaine and Randy Jackson think.

An Jackson family rep tells TMZ: “Paris, Blanket and Prince have been asked to attend the MJ Tribute in Wales and they have decided to go.”

The rep adds that the kids are “extremely excited and they’re hoping they will have the opportunity to contribute in some way by making a speech.”

“Nothing has been set in stone, but they really hope they can.”

Jermaine and Randy are fighting their attendance, as well as the concert itself, which they consider “inappropriate,” given that the event is due to take place in October during the involuntary manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray.

We can see that side of it, but at the same time, Michael’s kids – who are said to be so happy these days – should be allowed to honor his memory.
